FreeBe run as a DAO
The idea of FreeBe stems from digital nomads and freelancers that “we can work anywhere at anytime”. At this stage, Freebe is a DAO built upon collective creation with explicit and tamper-proof consensus. Our vision is to promote a sustainable and fair incentive mechanism for decentralized organizations.
FreeBe is building a DAO DNA Chain
FreeBe will develop a set of universally agreed DAO DNA (similar to the DAO Constitution), and use it as the first principle to create a DAO chain. On the DAO-DNA chain, no authority can interfere with the growth of any dao.

In MVP,
FreeBe will provide a DAO tool for everyone to “create DAO — publish tasks — distribute (tamper proof) DAO shares as incentive”;
In the middle term,
FreeBe will build a DAO-DNA chain which consists of different automatic mechanisms, for instance:
- a automatic contribution and allocation system;
- a dynamic power and motion system to ensure there is no absolute authority;
- a trading system which can exchange DAO shares into legal currencies;
- a organizational growth model that can split and merge organizations;
- a universal grammar system, so that people from different industries can easily communicate;

The ultimate goal of FreeBe is
to replace current company and labor contract system, so that anyone can skillfully use the “magic of control” with the help of DAO to form an organization. The achievement of an organization depends entirely on the influence and skills of its members, so individuals can have full control of the how they work and earn.
